【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardcontainsprinciplesandrequirementsforbodiesprovidingtheauditandcertificationofsupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemsaccordingtomanagementsystemspecificationsandstandardssuchasISO28000.Itdefinestheminimumrequirementsofacertificationbodyanditsassociatedauditors,recognizingtheuniqueneedforconfidentialitywhenauditingandcertifying/registeringaclientorganization.Requirementsforsupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemscanoriginatefromanumberofsources,andthisInternationalStandardhasbeendevelopedtoassistinthecertificationofsupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemsthatfulfiltherequirementsofISO28000,Specificationforsecuritymanagementsystemsforthesupplychain,andothersupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemInternationalStandards.ThecontentsofthisInternationalStandardmayalsobeusedtosupportcertificationofsupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemsthatarebasedonotherspecifiedsupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemrequirements.ThisInternationalStandard-providesharmonizedguidancefortheaccreditationofcertificationbodiesapplyingforISO28000(orotherspecifiedsupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemrequirements)certification/registration;-definestherulesapplicablefortheauditandcertificationofasupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemcomplyingwiththesupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemstandard’srequirements(orothersetsofspecifiedsupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemrequirements);-providesthecustomerswiththenecessaryinformationandconfidenceaboutthewaycertificationoftheirsuppliershasbeengranted.NOTE1Certificationofasupplychainsecuritymanagementsystemissometimesalsocalledregistration,andcertificationbodiesaresometimescalledregistrars.NOTE2Acertificationbodycanbenongovernmentalorgovernmental(withorwithoutregulatoryauthority).NOTE3ThisInternationalStandardcanbeusedasacriteriadocumentforaccreditationorpeerassessmentorotherauditprocesses.
