【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000isapplicabletotheimmunityrequirementsofelectricalandelectronicequipmenttoradiatedelectromagneticenergy.Itestablishestestlevelsandtherequiredtestprocedures.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonreferenceforevaluatingtheimmunityofelectricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtoradiated,radio-frequencyelectromagneticfields.ThetestmethoddocumentedinthispartofIEC61000describesaconsistentmethodtoassesstheimmunityofanequipmentorsystemagainstadefinedphenomenon.NOTE1AsdescribedinIECGuide107,thisisabasicEMCpublicationforusebyproductcommitteesoftheIEC.AsalsostatedinGuide107,theIECproductcommitteesareresponsiblefordeterminingwhetherthisimmunityteststandardshouldbeappliedornot,andifapplied,theyareresponsiblefordeterminingtheappropriatetestlevelsandperformancecriteria.TC77anditssub-committeesarepreparedtoco-operatewithproductcommitteesintheevaluationofthevalueofparticularimmunitytestsfortheirproducts.ThispartdealswithimmunitytestsrelatedtotheprotectionagainstRFelectromagneticfieldsfromanysource.Particularconsiderationsaredevotedtotheprotectionagainstradio-frequencyemissionsfromdigitalradiotelephonesandotherRFemittingdevices.NOTE2Testmethodsaredefinedinthispartforevaluatingtheeffectthatelectromagneticradiationhasontheequipmentconcerned.Thesimulationandmeasurementofelectromagneticradiationisnotadequatelyexactforquantitativedeterminationofeffects.Thetestmethodsdefinedarestructuredfortheprimaryobjectiveofestablishingadequaterepeatabilityofresultsatvarioustestfacilitiesforqualitativeanalysisofeffects.Thisstandardisanindependenttestmethod.Othertestmethodsmaynotbeusedassubstitutesforclaimingcompliancewiththisstandard.
