【摘要】:ThispartofISO10791specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,thegeometrictestsformachiningcentres(ornumericallycontrolledmillingmachines,boringmachines,etc.,whereapplicable)withverticalspindle(thatisverticalZ-axis).ThispartofISO10791appliestomachiningcentreshavingbasicallythreenumericallycontrolledaxes,thatisthreelinearaxes(X,YandZ)ofupto2000mmlength,butalsoreferstosupplementarymotions,suchasrotaryaxes(A',B'andC'),thoseoframs,quill,oruniversalheads.MotionsotherthanthosementionedareconsideredasspecialfeaturesandtherelevanttestsarenotincludedinthispartofISO10791.ThispartofISO10791describesgeometrictestsforoptionalhorizontalspindlesaswellasfortwopossibletypesofuniversalheadsinthefollowingannexes:—annexA:optionalhorizontalspindles(testsAG1toAG6);—annexB:rotaryheads,withonenumericallycontrolledrotaryaxis(testsBG1andBG2);—annexC:swivelheads,withtwonumericallycontrolledrotaryaxesperpendiculartoeachother(testsCG1toCG7).ThispartofISO10791dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation,whichshouldbecheckedseparately.Sometestsconcerningtheperformanceofthemachineoperatingunderno-loadorfinishingconditionsareincludedinotherpartsofISO10791.
